Elio is hiring big - join us on our journey!
You're a pharma scientist, data scientist or software engineer? Join us!
Hi Everyone,
We’ve been rather quiet on here, but we’re excited to share some big news and a big opportunity with you, especially those who might be interested in joining us.
Last year, we raised $2M led by Ananda Impact Ventures. The round also includes Stefan Oschmann (former CEO of Merck KGaA, a top 10 pharma co.), Alexis Ohanian (co-founder of Reddit), Patrick Nathen (co-founder of Lilium), and others. You can read more about us in EU Startups or on brutkasten (if you fancy German).
We’ve been fortunate to also bring onboard some great customers (some we can’t name yet …) and have some very exciting partnerships and big product developments lined up for this year.
Which is why we are expanding our team!
We are hiring: 👨🔬 & 👩💻 & 🤖
If you or someone you know are excited about bringing sustainability-by-design to the pharma industry and beyond, we’ve got some pretty exciting (and dare we say even unique) roles:
👨🔬 Pharma Product Specialist: You’re a (bio)pharma expert, who is itching to have an impact on climate change and escape corporate life? Apply here!
👩💻 Full Stack Engineer: You obsess over customer experience and love crafting beautiful products, inside and out? Apply here!
🤖 ML Data Engineer: You love wrangling data, can build LLM agents, and want to get a front-row seat at tackling some gnarly industry-specific ML-problems? Apply here!
Don’t meet all the criteria for a role? Still apply! The most important factor in any startup’s success is finding great people. We make exceptions for exceptional people. If you’re excited about what we’re building, please apply anyway. We’d love the chance to make it work.
Here’s why what we are doing at Elio matters
80% of the final environmental impact of a drug is determined during process design [1]. We’re the only company developing a software tool that empowers scientists and process engineers to consider sustainability as a design criteria in order to influence these 1.6% of global emissions [2].
And pharma is just the beginning! The vision is to help embed sustainability-by-design across the entire value chain of a drug product, thereby helping other industries over time as well.
If there are any questions about the roles, just reach out to us directly over LinkedIn 💚
With love for our planet,
Elio’s Team
